Don't Waste Energy on the Unknowns

Going into something new, whether it is football or anything else in life, too many people waste a lot of energy on the unknowns. They spend all their time trying to figure things out, such as, 'What is he going to say?' or 'What does he want to do?' People get far too wrapped up in anticipation: 'What if this happens?' and 'What am I supposed to do if this happens?' That's a lot of wasted energy. People think I have a lot of energy, but I don't. I don't have a lot to waste. Concentrate on what you know and what you do really well, and don't worry about the rest.
