In this chapter there are examples of case studies from individuals and organizations that have used coaching to support change. When you are supporting coaching for change it is important to recognize that every individual and organization is unique. While you may find similar situations or circumstances it is really important that you explore the reality of the situation and that you listen carefully to individuals and never make assumptions based on past experiences.
The real joy in coaching is using all your experience to focus on the needs of others, to act as a guide or a facilitator in enabling others to discover their full potential.
