An important aspect in Toastmaster meetings and in the general course of life is the process of providing feedback or evaluations to people regarding their performance whether for a speech presentation ... or at work. Speech presentations have their unique angles; the content, prime objectives of the speaker, and the targeted audience all differ to varied degrees. Members in the Toastmaster program use published speech objectives and evaluation criteria as a guide to provide constructive feedback to each speaker so that they understand how a speech delivery with similar dynamics may be adjusted in the future to improve it.
